Describe your family in 3 words:

Messy – cuddly – connected

What is your goal in life:

First of all to be a good partner and mother. Second, my goal is to help people reduce stress by showing them how you can become mindful without having to move to the Himalaya’s or meditate every day for 20 minutes. Mindfulness can be easy yet life changing and I’m here to show you how.

What is your favorite mindfulness ritual:

I love my morning coffee (the ones after that are never as good!) so I make the most of it. No matter where I am I put my phone down and pay full attention to my coffee. I smell it, I taste it, I look at the trees, feel the sun and the breeze on my skin. No matter where I am I take those 2 or 3 minutes to fully be in that moment, enjoying my coffee.

How do you run a business, write a book and raise 2 children without going mad?

I sometimes wonder too! The truth is that mindfulness helps me a great deal. My life isn’t perfect but I make the most of every day and I am in control of my stress, most of the time at least. When I find myself stressing out or panicking, I recognize it and I know what to do to bring myself back on track.

What advice would you give your younger self

Stop stressing out! Enjoy right now because you will never have this moment again.
